I originally booked for 4 nights stay and was able to extend for another few nights. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. It was only a short walk to the train and bus stations and lots of dining options nearby. If in the area, I definitely stay there again.

I did not partake in the breakfast as there was a Sukiya 10m from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious, even Ethernet cable was provided for laptops. You get new water and towels every day which seems like overkill but is appreciated

The hotel's location is very convenient, being very close to the JR station. However, its neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated. The hotel is also a bit aged. That is why the room cannot be cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel staff, however, are very friendly and helpful. This can make up for what is lacking in cleanliness

The room was spacious and i love it, comfy bed. Kinda old style room but good, although the aircon is not functioning right.. But, I think they really have to improved the breakfast buffet setting.. i mean it was bad. When we came there is no even plates, spoons forks cup & glass to use.. we have to wait for 5-10mins.. Foods are almost gone, staffs are panicking.. poor services we've been on different hotels breakfast buffet but this place will leave you speechless.. they really have to do something about that..

Two blocks from the train station and the bus terminals, very easy to take a day-trip. The hotel is big and the room is spacious, much large than a typical Japanese hotel's. It is in the area with many restaurants.

The pictures were a lot nicer than the hotel. When we got there, it seemed like a barely average hotel. Out AC did not really work, just the fan, couldnt adjust it. The room smelled like old motel carpet and when we asked for sheets to cover up the foldable chair, the first night, they said no, they were able to give that. The second night, we were able to get another set of sheets but it just wasn't a pleasant stay and we wouldn't go back. The pictures make the place look amazing for the price...

Close to eveything

Great location easy walk from the train station. Airconditioning in the rooms is sometimes not working making the rooms quite stuffy. Very nice staff.
