"The lounge offers a great breakfast with a good variety of Japanese and western dishes , Happy hour offers alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, In the evening, rice porridge is offered until 10pm. The communal bath was well maintained and a wonderful amenity after a day of sightseeing. Location is superb as it is a short distance from Hiroshima station and the peace park sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall a very nice hotel for visiting Hiroshima."

"The hotel was well maintained and our room has great views. Location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. When we asked questions about local transportation, the front staff provided everything possible to support our needs. Everything was very organized and their staff was super professional. We regretted that we should have stayed longer. Strongly recommended this hotel!"

"Housekeeping missed our room somehow, but the manager on night duty made sure it was all sorted and taken care of as soon as possible. Other than this small hiccup, this was the best hotel we stayed at on this trip. Breakfast closes at 10am, but the Executive floor has breakfast open till 11am."

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in while we explored the city. In contrast, service at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. When we asked about a table after checking in, we were simply told it was fully booked, with no alternative times or nearby restaurant recommendations offered. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms and excellent views, but maintenance issues and inconsistent service prevented it from feeling like a truly high-end experience."
