Room was small but we managed well. The hotel provides bread/muffins with tea and coffee for breakfast which was unexpected but really nice. We opened the window for a cool breeze. I would stay again

Location was great as handy to public transport and walkable to Peace Park & surrounding area. Room was spacious considering most Japanese hotel rooms are small. The free baked goods & access to coffee/tea in reception in the morning was a nice touch. You have to pay to extend checkout but handy and not too expensive. Hotel also provided pyjamas.

The location was great. There is a train route along the same street as this hotel. Hondori shopping street and Don Quijote are within walking distance. The room was very clean and had most of the amenities we needed (no iron/ironing board though). The staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

Perfect hotel - cannot find a single complaint. Great location, exceptionally clean room, comfortable beds, well thought of furnishings, powerful shower. I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door one day and came back to a bag of fresh towels, slippers and a toothbrush. Fantastic service!

We had the accessible room and it was very spacious. Bathroom was huge! The staff at the counter when I checked in and checked out were also all very kind and spoke English very well. We stayed 2 nights here with 1 night in Miyajima in between the 2 nights. We left our luggage with the hotel. They were very kind to let us do that. The small breakfast was very nice as well. I enjoyed the bread with the raisins. One area for improvement is to add more hooks in the bathroom. Also, the area above the mirror didn’t have a light. Location was great as well. 7-11 and Mister Donut were frequent stops for us.

I absolutely love it it's been the best home away from home, the staff are all so very nice and it's nice having laundry machines not having to travel for doing laundry.... I've been here going on 3 months now and haven't had one complaint.... all in all I absolutely love it here and will continue staying here anytime I'm in this area ❤️

First time staying in this Hotel on out trups to Japan and we were not disappointed. Itnis located in a very convenient area for food, shopping as well as only a 15 minute or so walk to the Peace Memorial park. The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful as well. We have no complaints at all! We will be back on our next trip to Hiroshima
