"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed here for the Hinder concert and had an absolutely amazing time! The pool area was a highlight of our trip—the swim-up bar was fantastic and made it feel like a true vacation. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. The bartenders were especially impressive, always attentive and on top of everything even when it was busy. One of the best things about this property is that everything is right there. Between the restaurants, bars, pool, and entertainment, we never even felt the need to leave the hotel. It was convenient, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!"
