"Nicely maintained historic hotel. Staff was more than friendly and very helpful. We booked 3rd party this time and got the hotel for a very good price (weekday bookings). Nice wide viewing veranda off the 3rd floor that provides a beautiful view of the gulf. Pool is very nice and well maintained, as well.."

"We checked in very late and they had a full lot of cars so parking was not easy. When we were going into the building there were people drinking and smoking outside the door with it propped open with their shoe. Big safety concern. When we got to the room it appeared that they had a recent leak in the room as the ceiling had a patch of water stained peeling paint near the window. It also seemed like someone had used the towels. One appeared to be bunched up and backwards compared to the others. We didn’t make any comments because we were too tired and were leaving early in the morning. As we checked out the front desk attendant had to deal with a very vulgar customer who was screaming and cussing."

"We have stayed at this property multiple times. We love it. The biggest draw is the pool, however, they must have changed their staff because the pool servers were terrible. My husband, and I had to end up going and getting our own drinks because we couldn’t get the attention of the staff. They were too busy talking to themselves other than that, Everything was wonderful."
