"My husband and I had an enjoyable stay, however the room we stayed in could benefit from updating the bed. Although it was comfortable, if made annoying sounds the minute we sat on it like loose springs."

The desk clerk was polite but not very welcoming or informative. As a first-time guest, I expected a brief overview of the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, bar hours, or other features available to guests. Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."
