I was traveling alone with three children and a dog and the valet staff kindly helped bring our belongings to the room and look after our vehicle during check-in. The cleaning staff made several attempts to refresh the room with clean towels etc while we were out * about which demonstrated excellent customer service. "

"Hidden gem! Fantastic staff that had the right mix of chill and attentive and none of the pretentiousness that is all too often of those behind a desk. This is a great hotel that has what one needs for the price point without the fluff. Rooms where clean and well taken care of with a comfortable bed which after all is what one wants. The indoor pool an hot tub was a pleasant addition!"

"The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went. We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)"
