The resort exceeded our expectations, providing a clean and spacious beach with plenty of free loungers and a great selection of water sports. The four pools were well-maintained, with friendly staff at the pool bar enhancing our enjoyment.

Dining options were excellent, with an Italian restaurant open for dinner by reservation and the Taverna available for both lunch and dinner. The Taverna's Sunday barbecue featuring delicious grilled meats was a highlight. The main restaurant offered a fantastic variety of Cretan and international cuisine.
The spa services, including a facial and massage, were wonderful, and Erica was especially helpful in providing treatment information.
The general manager was frequently visible, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and improvement.
Right outside the resort, we found numerous shops and restaurants, creating a friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed a well-organized trip to Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos, complete with earpieces to hear our knowledgeable guide.
Overall, Agapi Beach Resort feels like a little village, perfect for families and those seeking a relaxing getaway. We left with great memories and a desire to return."
