"The hot tub was not hot enough and another guest had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. A young child had to go and clean up the towels that were left after a party as other guests didn’t clean up after themselves as for breakfast in the morning I went at 7:15. There were no scrambled eggs only two cinnamon rolls, no sausage gravy and only one type of milk. The breakfast area started at seven. It was not crowded when I got there and I even mentioned this lack of stocking to the front desk person when we checked into the room it was supposed to be two double queens, and it was a king room. I went to the front desk and asked for this to be corrected and was told they were sold out of doubles they offered to move us to an upgraded King suite that would have a pullout couch. However, the only one they had available was a loft type, which meant someone was going to have to climb stairs. My sister just had a total knee replacement and can’t do stairs yet I have back issues and the stairs are not in my best interest either nor is a pullout couch. There was no discount offered because we went through Expedia. Also, our room was not the cleanest. The vacuum in of the room seem to be in a rush, as there is a lot of small particle items throughout the area. The end tables were dusty, and the bathroom mirror was filmy. After using the restroom during the night, we discovered that the bathroom faucet leaks and drips. I had to get up and mess with the handle to fix. Will not recomm"
