"A really lovely stay. I’d say the only complaint is that there was very loud vacuuming at 11pm one night, which kept me awake for a while."

"No elevator work the entire (4) day stay..,placed on Six floor had to carry my own luggage up and down the steps I’m almost (66). Lock out my room (3) times the card to enter is bad. No one called to explain about the broke elevator nor offer to pay the money I paid back…nor was there an action plan in place to offer an another hotel. It’s was just terrible elderly people treated like this. I e were told the elevators were down since last Wednesday."
