"Poor location. Manager speaks no English. The rooms he gave us were not ready -- no electricity. Contrary to the ads, there is no wifi or breakfast. The good news is that the owner agreed to drop one night of our reservation as well as reducing the price"

"A great place to stay while traveling to Dambulla for the Sigirya hikes or cave temples. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating.
I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. This was one of our favorite massage experience as the staff is very experienced and caring in their session."

"We were staying in the treehouse for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The treehouse was very comfortable and had a nice view over the nature. There are a lot of cool activities in the area which can be reached by car or tuktuk that will be organized by Sumith. Sumith and his team are incredibly friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes! "

"Words cannot describe how incredible our stay here was. The entire property was spacious and the room was well maintained. There were plenty of amenities that enhanced our stay, such as usable bikes, pool, hot tubs, table tennis, etc. Employees were very amicable as well. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "

"10/10 Hospitality, very welcoming team, delicious food and superb room. A special shout out to our butler Wasant who kindly gave us a tour of the hotel's farm and butterfly garden, and chef Salih for the amazing food. The location is excellent for the cultural triangle. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Breakfast was buffet style and was included in our room rate. Very good lots of choices.
Pool was great with a fantastic view of lion rock.
We were a couple and only saw a couple of children in the pool, lots of tour groups eating in the restaurant. We had the buffet dinner and found it good value 4500sri rupees"
