"From the moment we arrived at Jungle Eco Lodge & Safari, we were made to feel completely at home. Kumari and her husband, Neshanta, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were incredibly kind and caring towards our children, making them feel so welcome from day one. The homemade Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh fruit picked from the beautiful trees surrounding the lodge, which Kumari uses in her cooking. The setting is peaceful and full of wildlife....

"This property is in the middle of nowhere so there it comes the magic. I can’t complain about slow and poor wifi or power issues since this isn’t a hotel but a home stay. "Danu's homestay is the real experience. 5 star service with many smiles. If your looking for an authentic Sri Lankan homestay experience, this is it. Sigiriya is a beautiful little town and Lion Rock is a must do. Get up early to beat the crowds and heat. It opens at 7am. We hired a scooter but Charu the father will drive you if needed. The family are absolutely loving,kind and generous. Make sure you have dinner with them. One of the best meals I've had in Sri Lanka. Now for the suprise...
