Everything is always excellent—check-in, clean room, quiet, great bed linens, friendly staff, and we love that the fan can run all night to provide some white noise. This is the only hotel we stay at when we come to the twin cities.

Pros: comfy beds, allows dogs with no extra charge, plenty of parking, staff was mostly friendly, plenty of room in the room, late check out only 25.00. Cons: very dated hotel with some upgrades, furnace in bedroom (prefer ind. window unit), hotel had a strange vibe, ghost staff. It was fine for this trip, but we won't be staying there again. Hotel is very old with some updates (paint, carpet, etc). We prefer newer and fully staffed hotels. It felt like a ghost town.
