The staff was courteous, the room was clean. The parking lot was an another story. They charge $15 a night to park and the lot was snow and ice covered. No snow removal was attempted. And the ice was not treated.

Really enjoyed the hotel stay. Comfy bed, clean room, and a great selection for breakfast. The only thing noted I wish were better was the water pressure in the shower. Overall will definitely be staying again whenever we visit Minneapolis!
