Both Hannah & Noah, at the front desk reception area, were truly amazing and welcoming. They both provided excellent and professional customer service from our intial interaction and were very accommodating. The hotel and our rooms were clean, organized and quiet. Additional garage parking was available, Transportation to nearby freeways were easily accessible, shopping and local restaurants were close by. Everything was within a short driving range.

Friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Clean room and comfortable bedding.
Cold air was BLOWING into the pool area from a ceiling vent and the hot tub was under rapair, but we were not alerted to that point when checking in. Had we known, we wouldn't have changed into our suits and paraded through the hotel to be more cold.
