"Well we were woken up at 3 AM by a malfunctioning smoke alarm that maintenance could not turn off. after 20 minutes of us waiting in the lobby the front desk lady gave us a new room and extended our checkout as we had to move rooms in the middle of the night the new room was on the 7 th floor the malfunction happened on the 4 th floor the new room was nicer than the first room. The front desk lady was super at trying to accommodate us due to the incident."

"The lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean. The location was great for walking to the Twins game and the Orpheum theater. Rooms were clean and large! Only complaint would have liked the bar to open earlier! :)"

"They are under construction and I totally understand that as they’re update the hotel, but the parking lot and the view that we had from our room was nothing but like garbage bags and trashed and like was it cleaned up breakfast was decent I can’t complain about that the ice machine by our room did not work so we had to go to the next floor. We also were there for a tournament and requested to have rooms close to our teammates because we book well in advance. We’re checking in we were told for our all by each other and we’re actually spread out bike. Far from each other was kind of sucked for everybody and we’re still trying to stay close as a few."
