Clean room, good amenities and friendly staff.

My family arrived at the hotel at night. Free ride from the ferry. We were fascinated with the view waking up first thing in the morning! Very nice hotel setup... Gorgeous sea view and mountain view. Nice beach with white sand. My wife and son loved it. Lots of sun (maybe too much, sun burn after a day). Definitely worth the money. Will come back for a longer stay!

Very nice. It is a good hotel that is small and well serviced. We bring our small dogs. The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our dogs. We would like to back again. Thank you.

My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back.

This is a very nice hotel for young people on a budget.

overall, because of the superior hotel amenities and service, our vacation was great! we hoped for at least a good beachfront similar to white beach but with less crowd but we were disappointed as it was instead TOO DIRTY and full of boats. So no beach swimming here.. This really is only good for those divers.

The Premier Suite is not worth the extra money. The Premier Seaview is AWESOME and is about the same size as the Suite. The restaurant is great. The grounds are clean and the pool is beautiful. The staff are kind and courteous. You need to call the number on your reservation to schedule a free boat to pick you up and take you to the private island that Fridays is on. The Coral Gardens are right across the channel, almost a stone's throw. Rent a small boat to take you there to snorkel!

The hotel is okay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I ordered a dish that was not on the menu and they prepared it for us. The menu choices are very limited. The price is more expensive than the local prices but okay for tourists. The hotel provided two tours for us that were so enjoyable and memorable. The tour guides were both excellent. We took a lot of beautiful pictures. The room we had was on the second floor. It was clean and comfortable. There were two bath towels, two hand soap,...

Breakfast was late.
