"This was a nice hotel to relax with family on a day trip the only thing i was concern is during the recent earthquake in Butuan city the staff did not have coordination during that time we have to run down stairs & No staff notify us it was okay to go back to our room. So i suggest that thier should be an asign staff for risk health management to coordinate with the costumers where to do during any foreseen an avoidable events. Overall, my sister and her grandkid enjoyed staying in this hotel. Thank you"

"We kept extending our stay and therefore tried a lot of different room types. All rooms are to a good standard, the delux is on the small side but manageable. Anything up from that is very good. The staff are beyond helpful and kind, they couldn’t do more to help you and they also offer a free one way tuk tuk service which is very useful The breakfast is great with fresh omelettes/fried eggs/scrambles eggs made to order as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The only downfall is the coffee is not good unless you pay for a proper one. There is also free sups to use on the water any time you want and the hotel will organise all trips and excursions for you too. "

"Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay."

"After arriving we were told that due to renovations we had been rebooked to My Stay Hotel beside SM Mall. This ended up being a blessing as we were happy with the convenience of the location for shopping and dining. There was parking out front of the hotel supervised at night by a security guard. The room was very clean and we were very happy with it. The breakfast included made it a wonderful stay for the price. I would recommend."
