"The hotel can be REALLY hard to find - we stayed for four nights and got confused every time. I agree with all the positives in other reviews and want to add that I used the gym and indoor pool and both were fantastic. "

"l could not fault our stay at Citadines Osaka. We stayed 4 nights in February and it was perfect. The rooms are very nice, the beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you Citadines for helping make our Osaka visit so special!"

"Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. They checked me in and out expeditiously and held my luggage after I checked out abd did some last minute meandering. Near dotonbori and walking distance to train lines and plenty of good eating spots. Breakfast buffet has lots of options. They even have a smoking room in the lobby so you dont have to leave the hotel property to try and find a legal place to smoke."
