We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly

The hotel is great, the shuttle driver (Kelly) from the airport was outstanding. However the front desk kept saying I did not have a reservation. I pulled out the confirmation and she then found it. A little annoying after a long day
