住宿租了付全費，卻因為你的過錯不能入住！

這間住宿在我第一天到達check in時，已有一個長期租客入住中，我一家根本不能入住，令我們要拿着20件行李，立即在街上找另一間價錢很貴的附近住宿，還要另外租車運送行李。因為你們的錯誤而引致的費用，是否應該全部由你公司負責嗎？
