"First time in Canada and the customer service is wack. Expect the guy in the restaurant who was a waiter. Only person who smiled. The cannery was just overpriced with Buffalo Wild Wings quality food. Plus paying for parking while staying there is crazy. My friend who was staying at the hotel across the street wasn’t getting charged for parking. Aesthetically pleasing hotel but I would stay at Sandman across the street. "

"Stayed a single night before returning to the airport. This is not a fancy hotel but is clean and comfortable. Firm bed, nice pillows, tasty breakfast. "

"Everything was nice. The only problem was the room bathroom smelt like pee when we first checked in. Also, I only parked for one day. I got a pass. The staff at that time said just return this tomorrow so you don’t get changed a second day. So on the second day I returned in very early and explained to the staff what I was told about returning the ticket. I gave it to him and he said he would take care of it. Well upon check out it said I didn’t return anything and I was changed two days. The staff was nice and took the second day off but the first staff completely dropped the ball. "
