He greeted us with a warm welcome to the hotel while helping immediately to unload our luggage and bags for us to check in . I have to say regardless of us being long long time clients with Krystal . This hotel overall is great from start to finish . I have to say room was very clean like always . Alondra was very helpful too my helping book my ride to the airport. "We did not get breakfast but there is a small restaurant on hotel property. Lovely lobby and room was great. Would definitely return. Also hotel is very central to downtown attractions. "
