"The communication with the provider was completely unprofessional and bordered on deceptive business practices. The booking information clearly stated that check-in instructions would be sent 24 hours before arrival. Nothing was sent. Despite more than ten attempts to contact the company, nobody responded. "Building is absolutely beautiful and in good condition. Rooms are clean and perfunctory. Pillows a little crappy, but the vibe overall is fab. The front desk staff are particularly delightful, and it really does affect ones stay. The grounds are fun to explore, and you can really feel the history. Plus I do love some original wainscoting and old world wooden elements that are property preserved."
