"We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food."

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."

"Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from."

"Location is top notch and view was amazing from the balcony . Got really nice facilities. Pool, Spa, Sauna. Good option for a peaceful getaway. Complimentary Chairlift tickets as well for the period of your stay. "

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
