The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds and soft sheets that made every night relaxing. Honestly, all the pictures fall short compared to how stunning this hotel really is. The colonial architecture throughout the property is truly breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special. The staff were always so kind and welcoming, and they even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which helped us enjoy our last day without rushing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Azulai to anyone visiting Puebla!"

"10 min walk to Zocalo. No dining facilities other than very few street vendors. Area around seems like old, closed businesses or homes. Hotel is beautifully renovated & staff are very friendly & helpful. Neighbourhood needs to be restored to make this hotel work. While great value for stay, next visit I would stay closer to Zocalo."
