"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "La habitación estaba muy limpia, servicio de habitación fue muy atenta, el desayuno estuvo estupendo, la persona que recoge a la persona para llevarla a la terminal fue muy atento gracias. Nota; El Airea Condiciones tienen que limpiarlo con Clorox porque olía a cigarrillo y tuve que apagarlo eso lo único que no me gusto."

"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk was disorganized and assigned me a room that was already occupied. I had to go back to the lobby twice because they kept giving me the same room instead of resolving the issue properly. The coffee maker in the room did not work. When housekeeping came by, I asked them to replace it, but it was never changed. On top of that, housekeeping did not actually clean the room. Parking was expensive, especially considering the overall condition of the property. The hotel was not in the best shape, and the service did not meet expectations. Overall, this was a frustrating stay, and I would not recommend it unless they improve their front desk coordination, housekeeping, and room maintenance."
