"We were awaited at Metrolitan Hotel. A turkish woman made a call and a another woman appeared and brought us to the nearby Hotel „Isla Suites oder Apart“. There we checked in for 2 persons, one person to follow. They brought us to the room in the third floor. The room was at the top (roof)of the building, air condition didn‘t work, the room had about 50 degrees Celsius. Elevator didn‘t work. I was three times at the Lobby, for the air condition repair, for a second key, because the power of...

"Big change , this was a really nice hotel , nice clientele, older and quiet , great service. This year , loud brash , very pushy to buy drinks , eat there , young staff now doing to loud dance , tacky entertainment.., It’s self catering apartments, truly appalling kitchen equipment, asked bar for ice , they said they can’t give ice , no ice machine. They supply one toilet roll .. it’s a 4 star !!! It’s absolutely not , they are so cheap and penny pinching Hotel cleaning staff are amazing "

"Pros: 1.The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to walk to many places easily. 2.The pool was very large and inviting. 3.Our room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Cons: 1.The furniture in the room was a bit dated and could use some renovation. It might have been an intentional design choice for a certain atmosphere, but I’m not entirely sure. Since we only stayed for one night, it wasn't a significant issue for us. 2.The lack of a hotel parking lot could be a concern for those...

"Amazing staff and service, they made us an amazing breakfast every morning and were accommodating of our needs. They went above and beyond with every request and were helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel and our room left a bit to be desired, but it was made up for by the amazing view at the terrace. The pool was also a great addition, especially after a long day at the beach."
