"Pros: 1.The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to walk to many places easily. 2.The pool was very large and inviting. 3.Our room was clean, and the staff were helpful. "We were awaited at Metrolitan Hotel. A turkish woman made a call and a another woman appeared and brought us to the nearby Hotel „Isla Suites oder Apart“. There we checked in for 2 persons, one person to follow. They brought us to the room in the third floor. "Everything was great. The room was in perfect condition and enormous. Everything was clean. Confortable bed. The garden was beautiful and quiet. Two things to improve: Water: when taking a shower, the water takes a long time to heat up and its difficult to regulate the temperature. Or too hot or too cold. Breakfast: maybe a bit more of variety of food in breakfast. We liked this hotel. "

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
