Room is modern and clean. We arrived very early in the morning from an overnight flight from Asia and the staff was kind to let us check in the room early. Location is great, 5min walk to the Duomo and to shopping streets.

This hotel is part of the arcade. You need to know that because at night it gets quite loud. However, you’re quite literally on top of everything! So it’s super convenient. Hotel Calimala Milano
The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was more of a 30 minute walk to shopping, not 13 minutes. Restaurants nearby were fair and the nicer ones were about a 20 minute walk. Our room was wonderful and loved the balcony. We did not use the amenities or the hotel restaurant.

Bed was comfortably. Security top notch Your key card had yo be used 3 times and one more tie to actually keep the lights on in the room
