Ett utmärkt hotell som jag rekommenderar starkt! Det är gångavstånd till alla populära sevärdheter i Milano. Bra skick, lagom stora rum, tyst i rummen trots sitt centrala läge, service Slottet finns tvärsöver gatan bara.

受付が分かりにくい（電話をかけて確認しました）。スタッフが常時いないようなので、私は問題ありませんでしたが、不便な状況も起こり得るかも。ロケーションは、スフォルツェスコ城の目の前ですし、ダンテ通りもすぐ、また、空港の電車（マルペンサエクスプレス）のあるカドルナ駅からそう遠くなく便利です。部屋は清潔でしたが、私の部屋はデスクがなかったので不便に感じる人もいるかも。

Great find

What a great find. Lovely location, Deborah on reception was fantastic and very helpful. The rooms were very well appointed and clean. Not the most obvious to find. If you go, head through the big door and turn right.

Do not stay here! Lots of issues. More of a guesthouse, this is not a real hotel. Nice room photos but it stops there. No signage outside with no key for door other than wifi-passcode...another guest outside crying when we came back from late dinner as she had no signal. This guesthouse shares with offices in same building, dirty with mold in bathroom, water not draining in shower, not secure with easy access by public, bag storage in open hallway. Staffed only from 10AM-6PM (Cristina working desk was lovely and affirmed hotel has issues). EX: No hot water during our stay...AC not functioning, etc Hotel left us out of our last night reservation and promised reimbursement/refund. We have yet to receive refund. We are avid European travelers and i used to live in Europe...worst experience I've had for the money by far.

The room was small but quaint. It building is right across the Castello Sforzesco, which makes it very walkable to historical sites and museums. It's also close to one of MIlan's train stations, making it easy for travellers.

This property needs A LOT of help. There is no signage outside of the building to understand where the hotel even is. You go through a nondescript door and take the stairs to the 2nd floor where there is a regular single door with a small sign of the hotel hanging from the door. Totally odd. They only have one person working the front desk from 10AM-6PM. Highly inconvenient hours for the guests. We also had a cold shower. No hot water when we stayed there. The hotel is in a partially active building with other businesses in the same building. The other portion of the building is rundown and not active. It did not make us feel safe staying here. There is no key given to open up the front gate after 6PM. You must put an app on your phone in order to open up the gate of this door. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Depending on whether their WiFi is working for your phone to be connected and use the app. The most ridiculous thing we've ever experienced at a hotel. We asked to get out of our stay a day/night earlier with refund. The manager did honor this, although we still have not received our money back. So we are now looking into that. Highly disorganized hotel. Would not recommend.

Dishonest lady knew, but did not care to tell her guests the hotel were out of hot water (again…). Pretended to ”look into” a refund but that was just a charade. Never replied again. After a loong hot day on the train we would never even consider a hotel without shower. Also - Built like a room in the room, with the only window/balcony door to a corridor with windows. Also not safe to open window to the corridor since they stash stuff there, and it is shared with other rooms. No info on that either. We also woke up from noises in the corridor..

Excellent service

We had a great time, check in smooth although you gotta check in in person by 4:40pm, otherwise virtual check in. We were celebrating our anniversary so Benedetta left us a surprise, soooo happy!! Thank you. Location amazing, so close to the castle and to Cadorna Station, Only 10 min walk from il Duomo. Will go back if visiting Milan again.
