"Nice hotel near Milano Central Station (5 min. easy walk). Room was small, but perfect for a one day stay. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was nice."
"Some of the reception staff were not very helpful or accommodating. The hotel was nice, took a about 20 mins by metro. The surrounding area is a nice balance of lively and peaceful. Felt very safe walking around at night, Corso Como which is very close by is a nice area with restaurants and bars. Did not try breakfast and seemed quote expensive for what was on offer"

"Sprawling hotel. Almost seems too big to manage therefore they don’t. Never seen a hotel with such unhappy staff. Must be a problem work environment as this unhappiness seems to come through in a lack of decent customer service. Very difficult to get served even on quieter days. Food options are ok but average and overpriced. They better options upstairs in terminal one. It will cost less and you might get some service"
