Hotel Calimala Milano
The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was more of a 30 minute walk to shopping, not 13 minutes. Restaurants nearby were fair and the nicer ones were about a 20 minute walk. Our room was wonderful and loved the balcony. We did not use the amenities or the hotel restaurant.

Hotel Berna
Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap! But everything else was excellent!

The front desk were all great! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome. Very clean hotel & the complimentary drink testing in the lobby was amazing !!
