"I stayed here with my wife and 1 year old daughter for 5 days. The hotel facilities, room and amenities are excellent and quite modern. The King size room we opted for was quite spacious and having coin operated washer/dryers in the hotel was a boon for us on our trip. The hotel staff was really friendly when helping us navigate and forward our bags. The location is very convenient being just a 3-5 min walk from Sannomiya station made it really easy for us to travel each day to different locations. There is also a 24/7 Lawson just around the corner below the hotel which was very covenient as well."

"A very large hotel with style!. We had a spacious room with a great view of the city and harbour from the 26th floor. Large bathroom . Very Close to the Rail Station Should have made time to visit the Herb Garden via the nearby cable car"

"I love the Dormy! We love that it has a natural Onsen bath on the roof so you get to be outside. This property has a really nice sauna and cold plunge pool as well. The view from the relaxation room has beautiful Mountain View’s, and nice massage chairs. This hotel is right around the corner from a fun bustling China town, the port park, and a covered shopping area, which as great as it was stormy during our stay. I really enjoy the late evening soup noodle dish that is available. It’s such a nice treat after a long dog exploring. This place is the best, and we always seek it out. Everything is pretty comfortable, the only drawback is the pillows are kinda hard and small. But otherwise a perfect stay with great value."

"Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!"
