"What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Everything about this was just lovely. Amazing location, for starters. Everything you could want is within a four or five minute walk. "The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. "This was a proper ‘old school’ posh hotel where what you’d expect to get, you got! Right from walking through the wrong door the reception saw that our bags were taken to our room no problem and then the restaurant manager bent over backwards as we were only arriving as the restaurant was meant to close. The room was of course upgraded as they figured we’d been travelling as we arrived at 10pm and was perfect! We didn’t stay for breakfast which was a real pity as we overstayed ourselves in the super comfy bed for an extra half an hour!"
