"Eveything was great. Just a few things. We stayed in 308 in mansfield, which is in the midst of renovations. There were a couple tiles from the baseboards laying on the floor, that neef glued."

"I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor."
