This hotel is a little worn. The linens and bathroom were clean, and that is most important for us for an overnight stay. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The pool and perhaps some other facilities are under renovation or repair. The staff was cordial and the breakfast was well organized and very neatly arranged.

The hotel needed updating. The room was filthy. The bathroom smelled badly of mildew especially the shower curtain. It took 25 minutes to check in. The morning staff person was friendly and had brewed coffee. Left too early for breakfast. Would not stay here again.

The price Expedia quoted and the price on check in was not the same. The room and lobby smelled of mold and mildew. When we asked for a refund a few hours after check in because I could not breathe in my room they said they couldn't and I would have to go though through Expedia to get it. I couldn't see spending for two hotels for my 4 night stay. The grounds outside was unkept, and the windows not cleaned. The breakfast and breakfast staff was the positive part of the stay. We had to go out and buy bath soap, as nothing for the shower.

Front desk clerk was excellent, very nice a pleasant, check-in and out was easy. Room required updates, peeling wallpaper, leaking faucets, peeling ceiling paint, a little dusty in rooms and stairs. Breakfast was just average needs to be fresher.

For the cost, property landscaping was embarrassing, front desk staff was a bit unprofessional, sink in hotel room didn't drain properly in bathroom. Only one regular coffee packet was in room, need two. This hotel has a lot of potential, as rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and updates are nice enough. Upkeep of property and professionalism of staff needs addressed.

The room wasn't bad. In the hallways, the wallpaper was coming off, and the walls were pretty damaged. Check-in went quickly since I checked in online before coming, which I liked. They did have us around other groups, and next time, if we stay there will ask to be in a quieter part of the hotel.

My first stay at this location and if I need to be in the area again I will stay here again. Online check-in allowed me to go directly to my room when I arrived and the staff was very accommodating and professional. Room was spacious, clean and the be was comfortable. It was such a good experience I was happy to write this review.
