10/10 Excellent

"The staff was great. Answered any questions.. Fullfilled any of my needs. I came for the pool. Loved it! Spacious room. Up to date bathroom. Clean. Great water pressure. Our room had a great view of the city. We could even see the lake! Breakfast was good. The hot bar changed each morning. It was nice enough weather to eat outside where they had tables with an umbrella for shade. I enjoyed being in that area. There was pool with its own section cut off from the rest. Nearby you have the smokers section in a shaded are with chairs. Not far is the tables with the umbrellas. Its a nice area to unwind outside if not being in the pool. The location of the hotel wasnt noisy at at all being on the expressway. Waiting on the elevator was a pain. It was a holiday weekend and used frequently. (At the end of my trip, I discover there is a 2nd elevator further down the hall..) I enjoyed my stay overall and would return."

"Wasn’t a bad stay- wasn’t great either- hotel looks nice- rooms are huge- needs more cleaning as there was a nasty looking stain on the rug near the sofa and the floor wasn’t swept (no carpet)- the elevators were dirty- they allow dogs so the smell was awful in the elevators along with wet floors from the guest coming from the pool I assume because it was before the rain came… we have allergies and being inside the elevators with the dog hair and smell was awful- overall stay was ok it was only for one night- the breakfast was ok- waffles didn’t work…. There was eggs- sausage- biscuits- fruit- yogurt- cereal- bread- not sure what else- I grab an orange and banana- pool is small but there is one outside and a small gym…laundry as well and you can purchase laundry detergent- they charge the incidental fee instead of holding it and then when you go downstairs to get a drink and charge it to the room they charge it separately instead of from the fee that they took… odd for me as a Hilton member- never seen this before …"

"It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days. They didn't spray off the mud that was tracked outside, so it kept getting tracked in. Someone had a BMW parked outside the entrance all day, and it was kind of in everyone's way. I don't think that it was a customer's either. So, it was a bit inconsiderate. There was something that looked kind of like batter all over the arm of one of the chairs in the lobby. The older lady who does breakfast during the week does a good job. It's a typical free hotel breakfast. I wish that they had some more chairs and tables in the shade outside. There were people out there eating breakfast, but we didn't get a chance. The staff were nice and responsive when they were asked for things. All in all, for the price, it is a good hotel, and we would stay there again."
