"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe Luxury. From the moment we arrived, the staffs service was very welcoming. Andale was our welcome guide and gave us a great mini tour as she directed us to our room. She continued to assist us and greet us throughout our stay! Sam brought our bags to the room and had such great energy! Crazy legs will bring you the vibes and entertainment. Carlyle the pool bartender not only makes fantastic drinks but also has great energy! We met so many of the staff throughout our stay and they were just truly amazing. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was 5 stars. The various food options throughout the day helps break up repetitive eating, especially all of the dinner dining options. We felt safe during our entire stay, with no incidents to report. Bahia we will be returning, thank you for a great vacation!"

"Great resort! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could use and upgrade and the room television is trash! 32 inch at best, not wall mounted and very limited options on it. I would have least like to have had access to the property with a channel devoted to dining choices, activities, map, etc. "

"I arrived a day early to Jamaica for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the night. I’m always looking for a great deal but try to find something local and safe. I read reviews so I know how important they are. I was skeptical of the price because normally it means the place is dirty or unsafe. The Villa Sonate is neither! Upon arriving I immediately noticed that it was a gated property with a security guard that verified my reservation before escorting me to the front desk where I was welcomed by Jo and another lovely woman who checked me in. The check in process was simple and I was able to pay by credit card without any hassle. I was then given a welcome drink which I think was a mango smoothie which was delicious. I was shown to my room which had its own private covered balcony with a gate I was unaware that dinner Was an option when booking through Expedia and I did not want to explore the area because I was extremely tired. I was told dinner reservations needed to be booked in advance, however Jo reached out to the cook and were able to provide a beautiful dinner. I had the mixed chicken and fish plate with rice and vegetables. It was absolutely delicious and the vegetable were magnificent. My room was very clean spacious and had everything I needed. The TV had Netflix and the Wi-Fi was reliable across the property. There were not many people staying at the villa, so it did feel like I was being catered to as a special guest, which felt great. "My stay was well spent at Golfview. I have absolutely no regrets making this choice. The place has a "homey" feel to it. I needed a place that is clean, felt safe and comfortable with a great ambiance. Golfview provided all of the above with the added benefit of a great lounge to hang out and have a drink or to eat sumptuous meals on evenings along with and excellent complimentary breakfast choices on mornings. I highly recommend Golfview Hotel in Mandeville for your vacation while in Jamaica regardless of length of stay. Above all else, the hotel is very much affordable for the array of benefits that are provided. Looking forward to a return soon. Big up to Golfview and its wonderful staff!"
