"The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the toilet that kept running for 10 seconds every 5 minutes (good luck if you get put into room 112). People were also vaping in the hotel, as there was a very strong odor of it whenever I used the bathroom and going out into the hallway. Great hot breakfast. "

"I had to make a quick detour to Cleveland for a

emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. over Christmas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen- could be better equipped with basics but clean and pleasant. Better than other suite hotels nearby."

"Front desk is usually at bar area. Jackhammer noises they say till 6 but I’ve seen them tiling at 12 am. Rooms renovated have screws, loose cabinets and only one elevator works. Overall they are just trying to fill rooms while constructing. Larger lady who works in morning has worst customer service ever. There’s no pool, tiling and construction all over .
