"The room was great, and the view of the mountain was worth every penny. We had a poor experience with their free shuttle as we waited 45 minutes at the station prior to pick up, but the shuttle never came. We thought it was delayed which would have been fine, but after 30 minutes we called to check. We were initially blamed to have missed it, but we had photos of being at the the hotel shuttle stop way before the scheduled departure time. After requesting for some sort of compensation (as this wasted our time), we were given an hour late check out. "

"Breakfast at this hotel is not the best. Scrambled eggs on soy milk, susages and a bread not fresh! The pictures of the property mislead me! "

"Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff made phone calls to make pick up / bus arrangements Views from the onsen or public spa (sauna or natural pools) are insane, loved the experience. It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful"

"The residence was perfectly clean and spacious. Instructions to use all appliances and amenities were readily available and easy to use. Parking was a bit tight, but we had a larger vehicle, which was disclosed before we arrived. The circuit breaker for the WiFi and a few outlets triggered off once, but the panel to reset was easy to find and reset. We would certainly book this location again 10 out of 10 times. Thank you. 5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Stayed for one night with a young family. Very easy 1min walk from station. Staff friendly and helpful. Was given a free upgrade to a room with Mountain view. The rooftop viewing area was sensational!! Room was pleasant, spacious and clean."
