"I booked the hotel for thirty days and ended leaving after 4 days. The pictures may look pretty and filtered, and the name sounds wonderful. But the experience was not, this place should be named Eden Encampment. How this is labeled as a 3 star hotel is beyond me. This is at most a 1 star hotel on its best day. It was advertised on hotel.com as having free wifi, to my dismay there was NO WIFI. The owner tried to play it off by providing me with a sim card 2 days later, I was charged for...

"Ottima struttura per visitare e godersi la costa est di Zanzibar. Camere essenziali ma confortevoli, pulite e moderne. Staff super, Roberta e i colleghi ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Il ristorante davvero ottimo sia per le colazioni sia per i pasti. "Because we were only stopping for 2 nights we weren't too particular as to the room so chose the cheapest option but in retrospect we should have picked one next to the pool. We were in an annexe a 20meters away and it was a small room, though it did provide an effective ac unit, tea and coffee facilities, hit shower, clean towels both days, mosquito net, and it was clean and well presented. "My stay at Jaz Elite Aurora was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warmth and professionalism. The property is absolutely stunning, modern, spotless, and designed with comfort in mind. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that catered to every taste. The pools, the beach access, and the overall atmosphere created the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment. Everything was exceptionally clean, and every detail was handled with care. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team went above and beyond, making me feel valued. The chef even baked me a cake for my birthday and the staff sung to me. Konokono Beach Resort and Isaraya Over Water Villa

"We absolutely loved our stay at Isayara luxury over water villa and konokono beach resort garden villa. The staff is very kind and available whenever you need them. We felt very welcomed and care for. The place is juste amazing and calm. We stayed in a garden villa for 3 nights and in an overwater villa for another 3 nights due to availability of the overwater villa when we booked. We loved both villas. The garden villa was so spacious and clean. The pool in the garden was very nice. We really enjoyed the daily visit of the monkey’s there. But of course the highlight of our stay was the overwater villa. WOW. The view everywhere in the villa. We spent most our day in our own little pool or the ocean on high tides. It was just a perfect relaxing moment. Room service was so efficient, we just had to call in to get some drink delivered. We really loved our stay at this property. It’s a fair drive from main attractions, but we didn't mind it as we booked our tours with hotel pickups. The hotel is worth the drive. "

"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."
