"The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I had to get them to move my rooms because the first ones smelled like smoke. The second rooms were filthy and I spent over an hour to clean and make them livable when I shouldn’t have to. The property also authorized two charges on my card before check in and when I asked why they tried to falsify terms and conditions stating that this is part of their policy since they are “overbooked.” Management is no help. You have to reach out to them for days to even get a response. All staff besides the cleaning staff are virtual. Horrible property, horrible customer service and overall horrible experience. "

After returning from work someone from inside the hotel called my hotel phone multiple times and said he was “coming to get me,” and he “knew what room I was in.” After being called “crazy” by the staff - they realized someone was indeed calling my phone from inside the hotel. They refused to pull the phone logs, refused to change my room - they told me if they wanted me to get the call logs I would need to call the police, so I did. NEVER stay here !
