"I booked the hotel room because I was on vacation. Wanted to go swimming and get in the hot tub and on the site. It says they have a hot tub Anna pool open ice machine was broke down dryer was broke down in my first room was broke down, move me to the second room, and the heat was broke down Very unhappy with my stay. Everything was a complete disaster."

"Check in was fine the room hadn’t been vacuumed the tub and mini fridge was not clean. I stayed for a week no one knocked on the door except the laundry person and she wanted to know when was I checking out. "

"It was ok for a run down hotel wanted to take a bath came to find out the 1960’s tub I was about to use had mold in the jets that also didn’t work so I ended up taking a shower instead of being able to relax in a nice hot bath but everything else was ok not very comfortable bed either"
