"Staff very unprofessional. Not dressed as of they were on the staff. Had a dog with them barking in the breakfast room. Seemed very put out when asked for help."

"We stayed for the sole reason of proximity to the air force museum. We would have liked to use the pool, while the room smell chlorinated, the warer looked cloudy so we chose not to swim any. Breakfast was okay, the rolls were pretty hard, the changing up sausage links and patties and different type of eggs was a nice unexpected touch. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not seem to work. It sounded like there was ice in it but it only despensed a single cube "

"The only redeeming features at this property were that room entry was from inside the building, and that there was a full size fridge/freezer in the room. The exterior is worn, not well-kept, and full of loiterers. The front door and side doors despite having notices saying "this door is locked at all times" were not. It didn't matter that the side door has a key reader for entry, the door was unlocked anyway allowing anyone entry. When I went to check-in I had to wait twelve minutes for a staff member. On getting to my room I was met with noise from neighboring rooms that was impossible to ignore, so I requested another room. I had to be moved to a room with a queen bed and when I got there, there was a full trash bag in the center of the room and the bed was bare with no fitted sheets, sheets, comforter, or pillows. I requested another room. This time, it was still a downgraded queen room, but at least it was suitable for sleep and bio breaks, though the door to the room didn't lock without having to lift the door by the handle for the locking mechanism to go into place. There were two tiny bars of hand soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen offered a stove, but no pans, skillets, or any other dishes. The closet had an ironing board, but no iron. I could see how this place would appear to low-income people looking for long-term accommodations in a pinch, but the vibe was not a safe or secure one, and aside from the price, it was a disappointment."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, various breads and fruits)"

"I think I may have encountered new help. She told me the wrong way to my room and that breakfast started at 6 am. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am on the weekends. I am so used to having free breakfast everywhere I stay, I was surprised to find out that breakfast was not included in the room price. "

"Check-in was fine but once we got to our room, the smoke detector battery was dead, so it was chirping. The window was open and couldn’t close it. So we were moved to another room that room didn’t have a shower curtain so we were removed again with third row Camee to find out when we try to get ready for my grandmother’s funeral that the hot water wasn’t hot it was lukewarm and the outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t get ready in the bathroom. Then later on that night on the second night, there were kids in town for the basketball tournament that were extremely loud under us. We complained and were told that they couldn’t do anything because they were guests as well at the hotel. This continued until midnight. And then started back up around 9 o’clock when I went down and complained again in the morning because I caught children running up and down on my floor that didn’t belong on my floor. Nothing was ever done about it. So I checked out a day early requested my refund for that third day and I also want a refund for my entire day. My daughter also was at that hotel and had throw up in her bathroom and had to be moved."
