The property had what we needed for a one night stay, and included complimentary breakfast which was perfect. The downside is that they charge $5 per package delivered to the hotel, and they have nowhere to store your bags if you arrive early.

I was very impressed by this hotel. I figured since it was just an airport hotel, it would’ve been mediocre, but I was wrong. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were great. Plus they have a bar and a restaurant on the 10th floor and the food was really good there too. I didn’t have to leave the property. Next time I go on a cruise I’m definitely staying here the night before. Plus, the price was awesome!

The placement, staff being helpful and my staying went smoothly . The only suggestion I can make is the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We spend an hour and 30 minutes waiting for the bus when the hotel is 7 minutes away. Please try to organize the bus transportation but other than that it the rate is 4.9/5

Great property close to a variety of restaurants, helpful and kind staff, excellent buffet breakfast, really nice rooms BUT two things stood out that could do with a little more care. The old, dirty, frumpy pillows on the beds got to go. They made the lovely room overlooking a lagoon, look like a cheap motel. I was afraid to lay my head on them. The other issue that disappointed my group of 17 people was having to separate to be transported to the cruise port since the bus could only take 14 people at a time. We have stayed in smaller hotels and when combined with other guests, which was the case here, a motor coach was used with each guest paying $15 as charged by this hotel. The fare is reasonable but they need to use a company with bigger buses, not vans. Apart from all I've mentioned, it's a really lovely hotel. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it for groups. For groups of more than 14 people, it's best to make private transportation arrangements to the port, if you would like to travel together.
