"This place is right on the beach! There is a short walk, less than a city block to the water! From check in to check out the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even one night when I was experiencing a terrible headache, a staff member helped me to get some medicine. I was very miserable, but he was great! I will choose to stay there any chance I get."

"What a nice treat to be staying at this property. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe is relaxed and you do not feel that you are in an over crowded big chain hotel. It’s a nice revamped 80’s luxury hotel. Only complaint is that I thought the bellman service could be a lot better. When we arrived we had to fetch 3 suitcases up the stairs and into the lobby and the same thing on the way out. Definitely would benefit from some assistance next time! Shout out to the nice restaurant staff that allowed us to use their plates and cutlery when we ordered some Uber Eats to the room! We will definitely be staying here again!!"

"I absolutely LOVED this hotel. The room with kitschy and clean. The pool area was fabulous. Although this is a very busy area in South Beach I didn't hear any of the noise and bustle from my room. Parking is a bit confusing for a person coming for the first time, but after finding it, it's all good from there! Can't wait to go back."
