"The worst part of this reservation experience was Expedia. They front ended the reservation and said the total amount would be paid at the property during checkin. This turned out not to be true as my credit card was charged immediately when the reservation was made. Trying to unravel the issue with Expedia support was a joke. Thankfully the property was managed well but I recommend bypassing Expedia to make a reservation there. "

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Rooms are out dated and disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Holes in the doors and walls and ceilings, paint chipping everywhere. Elevator about to break. And their breakfast consists of cereal, cheese slices, tuna salad and white bread. They are also thieves. Do not waste your time or your money here. Run away. "

"My room was clean, modern with a comfortable bed. The parking was good and I felt very safe on the property. Not having coffee in my room or complimentary in the lobby was something I haven't experienced in a long time."

"The room felt humid throughout the entire stay, and the street noise—especially the constant car honking—was quite loud. The beds are full-size, and while the listing says the room accommodates four adults, that felt like a bit of a stretch. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room each day."

"Our flight was very early in the morning, so we waited until 4pm for check in but did not get our room til 5!!! They said it took longer because they were still cleaning just to finally go up to our room and the shower and counters were still dirty. We asked for another room and the front desk was very rude about it. Very upsetting. She stated it was a hotel and not a hospital and that the rooms are cleaned to their standards. Not a good start to the vacation. Breakfast was the same buffet every morning. The rooms were a decent size. We had two bathrooms which was nice and a living room space and balcony. "
