"I only went to the bar once Excellent service- great drinks & i got a cheese platter that was delicious. Im pretty sure the bartender was Tamra. She was working last night and I have no idea how she dies all she dies with a smile! "

"Ocean visible from room, balcony was awesome, a hint of mildew when the AC was running, clean, housekeeping friendly and helpful, pool area lovely, nice bar. Hotel was very cold, could not turnup the heat on the thermostat. Bring sweatshirts and jackets for the hotel stay. Restaurant dinner menu mediocre at best, very very slow, expensive for quality of food and service. The coffee/pastry shop was the best food and value. "

"The room is very loud, because of the busy road. Some advance notice would have been nice to know about the construction taking place on Biscayne, because at 2 a.m., all we heard was the start of the literal road being torn and replaced. "

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fontainebleau. The condition of the room fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation and price point. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably unclean, with dirty carpeting and an overall lack of proper housekeeping standards. Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."

"Too expensive, poor water pressure in shower, shower door doesn’t close all the way. No free breakfast. Concierge is only there certain hours, and other staff were not helpful on bus system. No stairs leading up to hotel, you have to walk an inclined drive. Valet were nice and professional. No shuttle to and from airport. "
