"It cost $58 per day to park which I feel was way too much. There was a $60 resort fee that was added on to that as well per day. Housekeeping never replaced face towels or wash rags. I had to ask every day.. there was rust on the frame of the bathroom door."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fontainebleau. The condition of the room fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation and price point. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably unclean, with dirty carpeting and an overall lack of proper housekeeping standards. Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."

"Too expensive, poor water pressure in shower, shower door doesn’t close all the way. No free breakfast. Concierge is only there certain hours, and other staff were not helpful on bus system. No stairs leading up to hotel, you have to walk an inclined drive. Valet were nice and professional. No shuttle to and from airport. "

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Rooms are out dated and disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Holes in the doors and walls and ceilings, paint chipping everywhere. Elevator about to break. And their breakfast consists of cereal, cheese slices, tuna salad and white bread. They are also thieves. Do not waste your time or your money here. Run away. "

"When we checked in the young gals told us the Internet was down. Not a problem for checking in cause they just took my ID for the reservation. But I had to ask about our rental car being in the parking lot and the young lady said "oh yea, you need to put this up in your rear view mirror". Thank God I asked so our rental car didn't get towed. But you would think they would mention it at checkin instead of the staff being more worried about the Facetime call she was on. The smell of the hallway for the rooms was a little off-putting as well. "

"My room was clean, modern with a comfortable bed. The parking was good and I felt very safe on the property. Not having coffee in my room or complimentary in the lobby was something I haven't experienced in a long time."
