Fiesta Americana Reforma
Great location and clean rooms. Higher floors are much quieter than lower ones. Taxi drivers were excellent. Check-in experience varied, but concierge and outdoor staff were great.

Everything was a smooth process between checking in and checking out. The room had a few scuffs on the wall. Galeria Plaza Reforma
I had a pleasant stay at Galería Plaza Reforma. The staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout my stay. The location is a big plus, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and major areas of the city.
