El hotel todo limpio y muy bonito pero el staff muy mal, te tratan muy mal en especial las de recepción, el cuarto que me toco no servía el aire acondicionado, aunque llegaron a repararlo nunca enfrió. Galeria Plaza Reforma
The hotel was so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! The only reason I am taking off a star is that there is a club nearby and you can definitely hear the music throughout the night so just be aware that if you stay over the weekend you might hear some background beats until 4am
